Our Board sets our strategic priorities, monitors performance, and ensures we deliver on our commitments. The Board also oversees our governance, ensuring we meet our financial, legal, and statutory responsibilities while driving our social purpose, vision and values.
Our Board of Directors and Executive team is led by our Chair Jac Starr, and our Group Chief Executive Officer Robert Nettleton.
All Board members and employees are required to declare any personal interests that could affect their responsibilities—this is known as a 'Declaration of Interest.' Everyone completes a declaration form at least once a year and updates it if their circumstances change.
