We’re BFL, a place-based affordable housing provider for almost 300,000 customers across the southwest, central and east of England. We’re the UK’s largest provider of new affordable homes, delivering over 3,000 new homes each year.
Why our work matters
The need for safe, affordable housing has never been greater. Rising costs, growing inequality, and increasing homelessness are making it harder than ever for people to own a home or rent affordably. Strong housing associations like BFL are essential to providing quality homes and building a better future.

Our Board
Our Board of Directors is made up of Non-Executive Directors, along with our Chief Executive, Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The Board has overall responsibility for setting strategic priorities and monitoring performance against them.
