At BFL, we’re committed to making a positive impact through our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) approach. From reducing our environmental footprint to supporting communities and ensuring strong governance, ESG is part of what we do. We take responsibility for creating sustainable homes, fostering inclusive and thriving communities, and operating with integrity.
We have now published the first Sustainability Impact Report as Bromford Flagship (see below) which details what Bromford and Flagship achieved on this ESG approach in the last financial year, as well as our targets and ambitions moving forward. BFL's first ESG report is due later this year.
Our Customers
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our first Customer Annual Report as Bromford Flagship shows how we've performed over the past year in the areas that matter most – from repairs and home improvements to community safety and customer engagement.
The report includes our Tenant Satisfaction Measures, details of complaints and how we're responding to feedback, and our goals for the year ahead.
It's written primarily for the people who live in our homes, giving them a clear picture of our performance. But it also paints a broader picture of who our customers are and the communities we serve - useful for anyone who wants to understand the work we do and how we enable people to thrive.
