Suzanne leads operational service delivery across housing services, neighbourhoods, customer experience and property services.

Known for her strong customer focus and clear, confident leadership, she brings over 25 years of sector expertise and a proven ability to turn complex challenges into practical, high-quality solutions. She believes great organisations are built on listening and acting on what matters most to our customers.

Recognised for her strategic insight and commitment to service excellence, Suzanne has driven major improvement programmes and played a key role in LiveWest achieving a C1 consumer standard grade in March 2025. She is valued for her clarity of communication, early risk awareness and her ability to build empowered, high-performing teams that deliver sustained results.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and an MBA graduate from the University of Westminster, Suzanne is also a committed advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. She is known for her approachable, down-to-earth style and her belief that strong values and accountability should guide every decision.
