Paul is an experienced HR leader specialising in large-scale culture transformation, workforce growth, and organisational change. He’s led programmes that have doubled workforce size, embedded vision and values in complex, unionised environments, and implemented initiatives that have reduced attrition and improved engagement.
With a career including manufacturing, logistics and aviation, he’s known for building engaged, productive workforces, delivering major employee transfers in line with TUPE regulations, and creating recruitment strategies that enhance the Employee Value Proposition and improve retention.
Paul also contributes at community and national level - from the Plymouth Employment and Skills Board to the National Shipbuilding Taskforce - and serves as a Trustee for St Petrock’s, a homelessness charity in Exeter.
