Andy Sloman

Andy has been working in the housing sector for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in ensuring finances support our customer service, colleague culture and optimises the development of new affordable homes.

Having been the finance lead in previous mergers, Andy is excited about the opportunities BFL will bring for our customers, colleagues and communities.

Growing up in social housing, Andy has first-hand experience of the positive impact affordable and high-quality homes and communities have on people’s lives.

He is also on the Board of Brunelcare where he is Chair of the Audit, Risk and Finance Committee.
